If any pieces could possibly be left over:
Cover with wax or parchment paper followed by plastic food wrap.
1. Keep at room temperature up to 4 days OR
2. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks
Freeze up to 1 month by wrapping in wax or parchment paper followed by aluminum foil. Make sure edges are rolled on themselves to keep out air. Thaw 1/2 hour before you want to indulge.
